- Rates reflect price for double occupancy; single occupancy $10 less; third person in room $15 extra.
- Rates also reflect the local Lincoln County room tax.
- One night’s deposit is required to guarantee all reservations; we require notification of cancellation by phone at least 72 hours prior to the date of your first night’s stay.
- A two-night minimum is required for a stay on Saturday.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also take cash and personal checks.
- Breakfast is included in room rates, served between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. daily – see more.
- No smoking or vaping of any substances is allowed on the premises.
- No pets are allowed; however, a hotel cat is in residence on the premises.
- There are no TVs, radios, or phones in rooms; no WI-FI is available; there is no elevator.
- The hotel is not suitable for very young children.
