Hotel Policies

Our lobby is open daily from 6 am to 10pm. Please check your confirmation email for after-hours support information.

Check-in time

Check-in time is from 4pm to 10pm every day. If you will be arriving after 10pm, please call us at 541-265-5428 for late check-in instructions.

Check-out time

Check-out time is by 11 am each morning.

Valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

The price of a one room night will be charged to the credit card on file if you do not cancel by phone at least 72 hours prior to the date of your first night’s stay.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover. We also take cash.

Breakfast is included in room rates, served between 8 and 10a.m. DAILY

Smoking or vaping of any substances is prohibited on the premise

If smoking occurs in the hotel, a $250 fine will be charged to the room.

Pets - Sorry, no pets allowed

The hotel preserves the historical nature of the grounds

This means there are no TVs, telephones, Wi-Fi or elevator. We ask that cell phone usage for calls is limited to your room.

The Hotel offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere and antique decor

Because of this, the hotel is not suitable for children.
